Henry & Associates staff learns about the organization to develop an Implementation Team that is instrumental in guiding the organization through the developmental process to fully bring 3-5-7 Model® practice into the organization. Stages for program implementation include: training, coaching and consultation, teleconferencing, videoconferencing, tools for practice and worker development, evaluations, and on-line communication forums to facilitate the work of each organization’s implementation plan. 3-5-7 Model® training programs are an immersive and reflective experience for both participants and their organizations.
